Martina is a linguist, fluent in five languages, and with five years of international experience as a project officer in sustainable development. At Anteja she unites her passion for languages, writing and sustainability projects and takes care of Anteja’s communication activities, while supporting product and business development. Martina is dedicated to contributing to climate adaptation, environmental protection, social fairness and transition to a climate neutral economy.

Martina brings to Anteja her rich international experience in sustainability. During the Pioneers programme at the EIT Climate-KIC she learned about climate change, sustainable mobility, circular bioeconomy and received an on-the-job training at the InnoRenew Institute CoE, performing desk research for the WoodCircus project (EU Horizon 2020). As an office manager at the Impact Institute in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, she acquired communication skills and gained insights into impact economy, sustainable finance and international development. She has experience as well in non-profit organizations, since she helped prevent marine plastics at By the Ocean we Unite and helped accelerate the transition to circular economy at the Circular Economy Club.

Martina holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Italian language and literature from the Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana.
