Nana leads Anteja’s work in Central Asia and the Caucasus. Her expertise encompasses development of the private sector, value chain analysis, strategies and policies to promote sustainable growth. She is also a specialist in competitiveness and sector analysis in developing countries.

Nana has a wealth of corporate experience as an executive. Expanding her focus to collaborative economic development strategies and policies to promote sustainable development, she designed policy contexts to create new business opportunities through multi-stakeholder engagement.
For more than 20 years, Nana worked as an established consultant for the World Bank Group and other multilateral organizations, such as EU, UNDP, DFID, in private sector analysis, project and implementation design, development of regional competitiveness strategies and business climate analysis. Her assignments were located in Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Ethiopia, Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine and Macedonia.

Nana received a Phd in Economics and Demography at Moscow State University and M.I.A. in Economic Management Policy at Columbia University, New York. She obtained a PMBA at IEDC-Bled School of Management.
